Time has flown by! Has it really been five months since Lockdown started?
Lockdown has looked so different for all of us. It’s been like a really long holiday for some, and an uphill struggle for others. But either way, it’s been a huge overnight change to life as we know it. As lockdown is easing up, we are facing more changes as we re-assimilate back to our old routines. And these routines are going to be different to how it was before.
That’s why we need to have things in place to help maintain our mental and physical wellbeing as we navigate these things. Let’s remember that it’s not going to happen overnight, so we need to have a ton of patience for ourselves and for others.
