We all know the importance of priorities. And we all have them, whether we acknowledge them or not. But here’s the thing: priorities are not a set-and-forget type of thing for a business owner. If you want to stay focused and build momentum, you’ve absolutely got to go beyond simply identifying your top priorities. You must also honor them every single day. For example, follow your own agenda instead of being led astray by what others are doing (or what you think they’re doing!) The Prime Minister has announced that, due to the vaccine, a new ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown can be considered. This is good news for the economy, particularly the hospitality and retail industries.
