Aim, shoot, if you miss go again.
Write your goals down aim for four areas of your life and pick between '3' to '5' goals for each area. Too many goals are not good for those who are not disciplined in sticking with new processes (remember you do not want to punish yourself.)
Find an accountability partner if needed to check-in in on how you're doing with sticking to your new plans.
It takes 30 days to form a new habit so push through and duplicate away.
